4U-Concentrated
Cleaner was originally designed specifically for the industrial
and aerospace industry. The need for safe, non-toxic and
biodegradable cleaners was not in the forefront of technology in
1975. Our small company was involved in creating safe methods to
shape the metals for expanding world dominance in the sky. Along
with a multitude of chemical compositions developed specifically
as water base products to eliminate the use of solvents in the
production of exotic metals such as titanium, zirconium and
others, we formulated our first industrial cleaner, MC-509.
The production of our concentrated cleaner degreaser increased
dramatically and word spread throughout the employees of our
customers about the ability of such a small amount of cleaner was
required to do big jobs. It wasn’t long before these employees
were requesting how they could purchase this terrific cleaner for
themselves. Thus was born the consumer label “4U” Concentrated
Cleaner.
Many tests have been performed on our 4U Concentrated Cleaner to
prove its safety and effectiveness and also to compare it to the
competition. The tests prove that no other cleaner on the market
today is more versatile, effective or safe.
From the very first bottle we packaged, the question was why not
put the sprayer into the concentrate. The answer is simple; we do
not want this highly concentrated cleaner to be used full
strength, ever. The “Combi-Pak” was designed to offer the customer
an empty container and trigger sprayer with dilution scales on
both containers to make the dilution process simple. For safety
purposes, the trigger sprayer will not fit on the concentrated
cleaner bottle.
We counted on the public’s intelligence to grasp the concept of
adding just one ounce of concentrated cleaner to an empty sprayer
bottle and filling it with water would result in monumental
savings. This was a new concept since everyone was buying the
cleaners already packaged that way and happy to pay the price for
the convenience of buying the water.
To prove its effectiveness, free of charge, we began by giving
away over a million 4-oz samples. It didn’t take long to realize
that the “sample” lasted so long, sales were suffering. We reduced
the samples to a 1 oz size which will make 16 oz of a medium
strength cleaner or 32 oz of an all-purpose cleaner, and gave away
a million more.
That brings us to full circle and our new website. You won’t find
4U-Concentrated Cleaner in your neighborhood market because they
rely on turnover and when you buy a bottle of 4U, it lasts a very
